In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, Torneria Nicoletti S.r.l. has introduced an external IT platform that enables Whistleblowers or Whistleblowers (employees and all those who fall within the hypotheses contemplated by the legislative decree) to report unlawful conduct of which they have become aware.

Therefore, all employees, collaborators or third parties (e.g. suppliers) of Torneria Nicoletti S.r.l., may report, in a timely and detailed manner, any conduct that does not comply with the law and the prescriptions contained in Model 231, the Code of Ethics and the relevant procedures through the following link:

This channel is considered preferential and suitable for ensuring, by computerised means, the confidentiality of the reporter's identity.
